(For more on that follow the link under Install instructions.) Make sure to pick the version fitting your base game patch level, no matter which expansions (if any) you have installed. It's a simple edit of the resource 0圎A5118B0-0x0051185B-0xAE1859FADE0A9056 (Sims3Effects) taken from DeltaBuild0.package. It doesn't require any of the expansion packs to work.
This mod removes the simcensorfx effect that pixelates nudity in the game. It's also useful if you don't have the latest patch version and can't find a No Mosaic for your version. If you'd like to remove other effects in addition to the mosaic, I have now released a tool to create your own no effects mod.
Patch 1.67 didn't modify the resource, so the 1.63 package still works.
